Rabih Maalouf

Rabih Maalouf is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at Ipsos since May 1998, currently serving as Senior IT Development Manager for Ipsos MENA, directly reporting to the CEO MENA and CIO EMEA. Maalouf has advanced from developing the Statex Project, a leading media monitoring application, to managing the IT R&D department, overseeing a team of over 10 developers, and providing support for more than 3000 end-users across nine MENA countries. Responsibilities include supervising IT infrastructure, budget management, and technical support, as well as leading a significant transition to Amazon cloud, managing over 30 instances, and overseeing the development of over 50 applications. Prior experience includes a developer role at MDS-Olivetti, focusing on retail applications. Maalouf holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from CNAM of Beirut in association with CNAM of Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from CNAM of Beirut.
