Leah Cordoncillo serves as the National Director of Business Development for both TealEnergi and iPS Powerful People, roles held since July 2022. With extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, Leah has previously held key positions at Competentia, Randstad Engineering, Lucas Group, and Seis-Stream Global, focusing on expanding direct hire businesses and executive search services. Expertise includes managing teams and operations within the engineering, oil and gas, and technical industries. Leah's early career involved significant contributions at Tempfinders/Permfinders, where full-cycle recruiting and account management were pivotal responsibilities. Leah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
