Precian Marie Cervantes

Precian Marie Cervantes is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in crewing and project support. Currently serving as a Consultant at iPS | Nautech since September 2024 and as a Project Support Coordinator and Recruiter at iPS Powerful People since March 2024, Precian has a strong focus on maritime recruitment and project coordination. Previously, Precian held the position of Crewing Manager at KP Ocean Inc. and served as Assistant Crewing Manager and Crewing Officer at Solpia Marine & Ship Management Inc. and Solpia Marine, respectively, where responsibilities included managing a fleet of 12 vessels and effectively supplying seafarers through strategic planning. Precian holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from DBPMCF.
