Ross Muller

Ross Muller is an experienced organisational development professional with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Manager at Ipswich City Council since October 2018, Ross focuses on enhancing organisational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Ross held positions at Fletcher Building, including Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager for Tradelink, where responsibilities included identifying learning needs and rebuilding a learning culture.
