Mariana Lucchesi started their career at Siemens as an Interface Designer, where they worked on websites, software, and intranets for clients such as Coca-Cola, ONS, Petrobras, and TV Globo. Mariana then joined VTEX as a Senior Usability Analyst, where they worked from 2012 to 2014. Afterwards, they worked at Tamboro Educacional as a Design Manager for a brief period in 2014. In 2015, they became a Creative UX Designer at Organização das Nações Unidas para Desenvolvimento, where they served as the Creative Director for a government project. In 2016, they joined Huge as a UX Designer and later became an Experience Lead, responsible for leading UX creative efforts for Google accounts including GPay, Chrome, Chromebooks, and Android. Currently, they are working at IPSY as a Director of UX Design, where they are focused on shaping and enhancing the user experience for IPSY's platform.
Mariana Lucchesi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Desenho Industrial - Programação Visual from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro between 2004 and 2009. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Post Graduation in Interactive and Digital Media at SENAC.
