Maryestela Aguilar is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry with extensive experience in product development and training. Currently serving as a Product Development Specialist at Beauty For All Industries since February 2023, Maryestela previously held multiple roles at Boxy Charm, including Merchandise Specialist and Consumer Insights Coordinator from November 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Maryestela worked at Sephora for over 12 years, where responsibilities included Senior Artist/New Store Trainer, focusing on enhancing client experiences and artistry techniques in Florida, as well as serving as Latin America Education Trainer for new store openings in Mexico.
