Neena Pai is a seasoned professional in user acquisition and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of User Acquisition at IPSY since March 2019, having previously held positions as Senior User Acquisition Manager and User Acquisition Manager. Prior to IPSY, Neena worked at Smule, Inc. as a User Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included managing paid and organic campaigns in Asia, optimizing advertising across major social platforms, and leading app store optimization efforts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Media Analyst at Ampush, overseeing significant Facebook advertising budgets and enhancing user acquisition strategies through data analysis.
