Mindaugas Lukšys

Mindaugas Lukšys is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the CTO and Engineering Manager at IPXO since September 2020, Mindaugas oversees a team of approximately 18 in managing the first automated IP Address Marketplace in the world. Previous roles include Local Champ at Waze, where management of the Lithuanian community was key, and Engineering Manager at Heficed, which was part of IPXO Group. Additional experience includes program and project management at Sanitex and BLS Baltic Logistic Solutions, along with logistical analysis roles at Sanitex. Mindaugas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Vytautas Magnus University.
