Anupama Anandkumar

Anupama Anandkumar has extensive experience in human resources management. Anupama is currently the Head of Human Resources at IQ BackOffice since March 2023. Before that, they worked at Bounteous, where they held a talent management role from February 2022 to December 2022. Anupama also has experience at Oriental Solutions Private Limited as part of the human resources management team from July 2021 to February 2022. Anupama Anandkumar attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2021-2022, studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Tourism Administration from Pondicherry University from 1999 to 2001. Anupama also holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Stella Maris College, which they completed from 1996 to 1999. Anupama's education history also includes attending National Public School from 1994 to 1996.
