Bessie Nkashe

Bessie Nkashe is an experienced Human Capital professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner at IQbusiness South Africa since October 2015, Bessie has previously held roles including Human Capital Projects Coordinator and Human Capital Administrator within the same company. Prior work experience includes positions at UTi Worldwide, where Bessie worked as an Air Imports Controller, Executive Assistant and Communications Practitioner, and HR Administrator from April 2011 to January 2015. Bessie holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Intrapreneurial Management from the University of Johannesburg, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS Business School, and a Programme in Applied Organisational Development from the University of South Africa.
