Phil Manning

Phil Manning is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile practices and software engineering. Currently serving as Associate Partner and Agile Competency Lead at IQbusiness South Africa since September 2019, Phil has previously held the position of Director in Software Engineering at IHS Markit and Director of Technology at Ipreo. Phil's background includes a role as Agile Coach at iflix, focusing on development teams in Cape Town while collaborating with product teams in Kuala Lumpur. Additionally, Phil was Head of Systems Operations at Clickatell, where responsibilities spanned IT support, systems administration, and network engineering. Phil began a career in systems administration at Hetzner and 4CIT, following a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University.
