Mathew Swaffield

Mathew Swaffield has a strong background in software engineering, particularly in the field of embedded software development. Mathew started their career in 2006 as an Embedded Software Development Engineer at Xyratex Technology Ltd, where they worked until 2008. Mathew then joined Airbus Defence and Space as an Embedded Software Engineer, staying with the company until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Swaffield worked as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Abriox Ltd. After that, they joined Remotian Ltd as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, where they worked until 2016. In the same year, they joined Swaffield Ltd as a Contract Embedded Software Engineer. Swaffield then worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe from 2016 to 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Medical Device Software Engineer at Genomtec SA.
