Claudia Marmolejo

Claudia Marmolejo is a seasoned financial services professional currently serving as Senior Managing Director at IQ-EQ since January 2024. Previously, Claudia held the position of Head of Key Client Coverage at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Operating Officer and overseeing the Client Development Group within Wealth Management. Claudia's earlier experience includes roles as Regional General Counsel for Latin America at Citigroup, and as an Associate at both Skadden Arps and Brown & Wood LLP. Academically, Claudia earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Finance, and M&A from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Finance, Banking, and M&A from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School focused on women on boards.
