Devinder Sian

Devinder Sian is the Director of MaxComply at IQ-EQ. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director at ComplySci from January 2015 to December 2020. Devinder has also worked at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management as Barclays Stockbrokers from January 2011 to December 2014, and at RBS International as a Senior Share Dealing Manager and Product Specialist from November 2007 to April 2011. Devinder started their career at Hoodless Brennan PLC as a Private Client from June 2005 to January 2007.

Devinder Sian attended The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) for Applied Economics and Kingston University for certification in CF30.

Devinder Sian reports to Mark Pesco, Group CEO. They work with Caroline Bagshaw - Group Chief People Officer, Declan Kenny - Sub Segment Lead, Leisure, and Sean Wilke - Senior MD, Head, Growth Strategy.
