Gery Bouwman

Gery Bouwman serves as the Group Head of Legal for Continental Europe and leads Group Strategic Projects at IQ-EQ since March 2020. As a member of both the Continental Europe and Luxembourg Leadership Teams, Gery plays a crucial role in shaping legal strategies and governance. Prior to this position, Gery worked at Loyens & Loeff from March 2014 to March 2020 as an Associate in the Corporate M&A departments in both Brussels and Luxembourg. Gery also gained experience as an intern at Baker & McKenzie in Corporate Contracts & Litigation and at JLS Advocaten in Corporate M&A. Gery holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Utrecht University, and has an LL.B. from Utrecht University as well.
