Justin Partington

Justin Partington is the Group Head of Funds at IQ-EQ. Justin has over 15 years of experience in the private equity industry.

Justin started their career as a commercial director at Ipes. Justin then became the head of private equity at Langham Hall. In this role, they were responsible for business development and marketing for Ipes. Justin also served as an executive director and group board member.

Under Justin's leadership, the total commitments under administration and depositary grew from $37bn to $96bn over a 5 year period. Justin professionalized the function and established Ipes' brand and presence as a leader in PE fund services in Europe.

Justin designed and implemented a sales process and business development architecture in 4 locations across Europe with a sales team of 6 including 4 managing directors. Justin achieved a group result in excess of target each year from 2011 through 2014. Justin also developed and executed thought leadership campaigns and oversaw marketing execution including advertising, PR, and marketing collateral design and content in print and digital formats.

Justin was a key member of the executive team that led the successful exit by the private equity sponsor.

Justin Partington attended Queen's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in commerce. Justin is also a CFA charterholder and a qualified CA from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada). Justin is a member of CISI (Ret.) from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
