Rachel Guinn-Bartlemay

Rachel Guinn-Bartlemay currently serves as Managing Director at IQ-EQ since April 2022, after holding the positions of Director and Associate Director. Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Rachel gained extensive experience at Blue River, part of IQ-EQ, from June 2015 to April 2022, where roles included Associate Director, Senior Manager, Fund Accounting Manager, Fund Accounting Senior Associate, and Associate. Earlier experience includes a Summer Banking Internship at Affiliated Bank in 2014. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University between 2011 and 2015, with a focus on Economics and Mathematics, and also studied at Université de Caen Normandie in 2013.
