Kanat Dauletyarov has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Kanat currently works as an IT Data Center Infrastructure Consultant at iQ Solutions, where they are responsible for HSSE inspection and reporting, attending weekly CAB meetings, and reviewing and implementing DC infrastructure procedures.

Prior to their current role, Kanat worked at North Caspian Operating Company N.V. (NCOC N.V.) for 10 years. Kanat served as the Lead IT Data Center Infrastructure Engineer and IT DC Supervisor, overseeing various tasks such as coordinating IT DC Engineers works, administration of monitoring systems, installation and decommission of hardware, and supervision of DC Shift Engineers.

Before that, Kanat worked at Eni Energies et Services (Agip KCO) as an IT Services Desk Engineer, where they conducted advanced troubleshooting and maintenance of ICT hardware and applications. Kanat also worked at various other companies such as Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, Sicim (IGS-Sicim), LLP "Impulse", and Tengizshevroil in different IT support and engineering roles.

Throughout their career, Kanat has gained extensive experience in areas such as infrastructure development, equipment maintenance, emergency response support, and system administration. Kanat has strong technical skills and a proven track record of effectively managing IT operations.

Kanat Dauletyarov's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Satbayev University as a system engineering student specializing in Automation and Information System Control. Kanat attended the university for one year before transferring to Atyrau Oil and Gas University in 2001. At Atyrau Oil and Gas University, Kanat pursued a Bachelor's degree in system engineering with a focus on Automation and Information System Control, which they completed in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Kanat has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
