As one of the largest providers of student accommodation in the UK, we operate 67 sites in 27 locations, with our most recent development having just opened in Glasgow City Centre. Our residents join us from all over the UK and from over 120 different nations.

Parents have peace of mind knowing that we provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained environments for their children, including having management or security staff onsite around the clock.

The Operations Management team at iQ Student Accommodation is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects across 67 sites. This includes service delivery, site operations, procurement, and facilities management to create a safe and high-quality living environment for students. The team focuses on maintaining operational standards, supporting site teams, and enhancing the overall student experience through effective planning, health and safety protocols, and community-building initiatives.
