With over 15 years of total telecom experience behind her, Susan has leveraged her expertise and talents on behalf of IQ Telcom clients for more than a decade. In addition to being a certified Project Manager, she excels at driving resources, both inside IQ Telcom and those at carrier and ISP providers. Her client stewardship skills help you stay in control of your infrastructure, provide transparency on costs, and deliver accurate budgeting. Susan’s project leadership skills have helped her guide the success of major, transformative initiatives. Susan graduated with a Master’s Degree in Communications from Northwestern University.
