Richard Howard

Richard Howard is an accomplished professional in sports and business development, currently serving as Head of Client Services APAC at Octagon since February 2024, where responsibilities include leading the Mastercard account team and driving regional business as the Singapore Office lead. Prior to this, Richard held key positions at SailGP as Head of Singapore, Abu Dhabi & Dubai operations, and provided consultancy for startups during a brief hiatus. Richard's extensive experience includes serving as Strategic Partnerships Director at Endeavor, where efforts focused on business development across APAC, and as Head of Asia Pacific for OC Sport, directing major sporting events. Richard has also held senior roles at Clear - M&C Saatchi and Kraft Foods Asia Pacific, achieving significant advancements in brand strategy and product development. Richard holds an MBA from INSEAD and a 1st Class degree in Food Technology from the University of Reading.
