Lloy Rahman

Lloy Rahman has work experience in various roles and companies. From 2013 to 2018, Lloy worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Aster DM Healthcare, where they successfully recruited doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, as well as coordinated international medical conferences and introduced Telemedicine in Oman.

From 2018 to 2020, Lloy served as an Assistant Team Manager at ASOS.com. In this role, they were promoted within a year and effectively managed a team while exceeding personal KPIs.

In 2020, Lloy joined Utility Warehouse as an Advisor. They consistently met all KPIs while working remotely and achieved top performer status for various attributes, such as initiative and dependability. Lloy successfully marketed signups of SMART meters to clients.

Lloy's current role is at Iqarus, where they started in 2021 as a Recruitment Coordinator and later transitioned to the position of Recruitment Specialist in April 2022.

Lloy Rahman (CIPD Associate) has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 2009, they enrolled at Brihan Maharashtra College Of Commerce and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2012.

Subsequently, in 2019, Lloy pursued further education at Avado, where they completed CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Development. This program focused on enhancing their expertise in the field of human resources.

In 2021, Lloy Rahman attended The TEFL org, where they obtained a 120-hour TEFL certification. This program specialized in teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instruction.
