Mike Crook has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and automation. Mike is currently working as a Senior Digital Marketing Automation & Innovation Lead at IQBlade and TD SYNNEX, where they support the development and expansion of omni-channel digital sales & marketing capabilities.

Prior to this, Mike worked at EY as a Marketo Business Solutions Architect, supporting the global team with the implementation and rollout of Adobe Marketo Engage. Mike also served as a Marketo mentor and conducted regular best practice workshops.

Before joining EY, Mike worked at Verticurl, a WPP Company, as an Adobe Certified Master - Marketo Engage Architect. In this role, they worked closely with international clients to understand their business objectives and provide recommendations on best practices.

Mike also has experience working at Apple as a Demand Generation Manager in EMEA and at FileMaker Inc., an Apple subsidiary, where they held roles such as Marketing Manager and eMarketing Executive.

Mike started their career at Software Imaging, where they held various roles including eMarketing Executive and Website Systems Engineer.

Prior to their career in digital marketing, Mike worked as a Customer Service Assistant at WHSmith.

Mike Crook attended The Henley College from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied at Gillott's School in Henley-on-Thames from 1989 to 1995. Mike also holds multiple certifications, including Adobe Certified Expert-Marketo Engage Business Practitioner (obtained in March 2021), Adobe Certified Master - Marketo Engage Architect (obtained in June 2019), Marketo Certified Solutions Architect (obtained in June 2019), Marketo Certified Expert (obtained in February 2019), Google Ads Mobile Certification (obtained in June 2019), Google Ads Video Certification (obtained in June 2019), Google Ads Display Certification (obtained in May 2019), Google Ads Search Certification (obtained in May 2019), and MECLABS Certification Course in Landing Page Optimization (obtained in November 2016).
