Benoit Roumiguieres

Benoit Roumiguieres has a work experience spanning over two companies. Benoit started their career at Zarlink in 1997 as a Process Engineer, and then moved to IQE Silicon in 2001. At IQE Silicon, they held various roles including Process Coordinator, Manufacturing Manager, Fabrication and Facilities Manager, and Operations Director. Their current role at IQE Silicon is Operations Director, which they have been in since December 2010.

Benoit Roumiguieres obtained a DEA degree in Material Science from Aix-Marseille University, where they studied from 1993 to 1994.
