Tom Ferland

Tom Ferland has a diverse work experience starting from 1988 to present. Tom started their career as a Natural Resources Data Specialist at the University of Vermont in 1988 and worked there until 1990. After that, they joined ESRI as a Senior HR Generalist in 1990 and remained in that position until 2008. Following ESRI, they worked at MoneyGram International as a Sr. HR Business Partner from 2008 to 2010. Tom then joined Flatirons Solutions in 2010 as an HR Manager, providing support to strategic business lines in the aerospace/airline industry until 2014. In 2014, they joined IQGeo, first as a Director of Human Resources until 2019, and then promoted to VP of Human Resources in 2019.

Tom Ferland has a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Vermont. Tom also has certifications in SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
