Carey Algaze

Carey Algaze currently serves as the Director of Development at IQHQ since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Land Use Planner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP and Vice President of Economic Development & Land Use at Downtown San Diego Partnership, among others. Notable responsibilities include obtaining project entitlements and cultivating relationships with public stakeholders and agencies. Carey has also held positions at CBRE, the County of San Diego, and completed various graduate-level internships focused on land use and market analyses. Carey holds a Dual Master's Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Planning and Sociology from UC San Diego.
