Lesley Hudson

Lesley Hudson is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at IQHQ since January 2022, Lesley previously held the position of Senior Director of Asset Management at the same firm. Prior to joining IQHQ, Lesley worked at CBRE from August 2009 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the San Diego market's mixed portfolio and managing La Jolla Village Square, a significant retail power center. Earlier career roles included Leasing Consultant at R.A. Snyder Properties, Inc., and Management Assistant at Enterprise. Lesley holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Psychology, and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
