Marin L. Gertler

Marin L. Gertler has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and design. Starting in 2005, they worked at Safdie Rabines Architects as an Associate and Designer Architect, specializing in AIA LEED projects. In 2011, they joined gkkworks as a Lead Designer and Architect, responsible for overseeing architectural projects. In 2012, Gertler moved to Gensler, where they held various roles including Design Director, Regional Design Leader, and Studio Director. During this time, they led design teams and contributed to the overall design strategy of the company. In 2013, they briefly served as an Architecture Studio adjunct Professor at the NewSchool of Architecture & Design. In 2020, Gertler joined IQHQ as a Vice President of Development, and later, in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Development. Throughout their career, Gertler has demonstrated expertise in design, project management, and leadership within the architecture and development industry.

Marin L. Gertler pursued their education at the Rhode Island School of Design from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Design. Marin L. further expanded their academic journey at the same institution from 2000 to 2005, completing a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree in the field of Architecture.
