Kristinn Juliusson is a quantum scientist at IQM Quantum Computers since April 2020, bringing expertise in quantum technologies. Prior to this role, Kristinn served as a research scientist in the statistics department at deCODE genetics from June 2017 to April 2020, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to analyze the influence of genetic codes on human traits. Kristinn also worked as a ticket controller and data analyst at Weisse Arena Gruppe for a brief period in late 2016, allowing for a unique break from scientific work while enjoying the Swiss Alps. In October 2016, a temporary researcher position was held at Innovation Center Iceland, working on Raman spectroscopy under Dr. Kristjan Leosson. Academically, Kristinn holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University (2013-2016), a Master's degree in Physics from ETH Zürich (2010-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Háskóli Íslands (2007-2010).
