Gaurav Verma

Gaurav Verma has extensive experience in operations management within the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at iQor since 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing collections and customer service for multiple clients and managing over 750 full-time equivalents (FTEs). Prior to this, Gaurav held the position of AVP Operations at Repcol from 2006 to 2008, managing a post-charge-off collections process for Australia with a team of 200 FTEs. Gaurav's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Global Vantedge from 2004 to 2006, where responsibilities involved inbound and outbound processes for AT&T, managing 350 FTEs, and an Assistant Manager position at GENPACT LLC from 1999 to 2004. Gaurav holds a degree in hospitality from WGSHA, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
