Juan Pablo Pagani

Juan Pablo Pagani has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Juan Pablo currently holds the position of VP Customer Experience & Operations at Iquall Networks since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Claro Argentina, where they held various roles. Juan Pablo was an IT Manager from November 2021 to April 2023. From June 2014 to October 2021, they served as the Manager of the Technical Support Team for B2B and B2C businesses. Juan Pablo was responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of business goals and expectations and had a strong customer-centric vision. Before that, from October 2010 to June 2014, they were the Planning and Information Leader, overseeing the Continuous Improvement team for operational support of B2B businesses and designing and implementing the Field Service strategy.

Prior to their tenure at Claro Argentina, Juan Pablo worked at Telmex. From October 2009 to October 2010, they served as the Jefe de Aseguramiento de Calidad, leading the Continuous Improvement team and being responsible for the tools and support KPIs. From January 2008 to October 2009, they were the NOC Supervisor, leading the Technical Support team for B2B and ensuring compliance with business KPIs. From February 2006 to December 2007, they worked as a NOC Operator, monitoring and resolving incidents in the backbone network with a focus on service availability and mean time to resolution metrics.

Juan Pablo Pagani has a strong educational background in engineering. Juan Pablo completed a degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Buenos Aires from 2002 to 2007.

In addition to their academic achievements, Juan Pablo has obtained several certifications related to project management and software development. Juan Pablo earned a Product Owner certification from Scrum Manager in December 2020 and a Scrum Master Experto certification from the same institution in November 2020. In August 2020, they obtained a DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate from CertiProf. Juan Pablo also holds a Fundamentos de Scrum certification from CertiProf, achieved in June 2020, and a Kanban Foundation KIKF certification from CertiProf, obtained in November 2020.
