Prachi Kothavade

Prachi Kothavade has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Prachi is currently the VP of Operations and Customer Experience at Caption Health since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations at Caption Health starting from June 2020.

Before joining Caption Health, Prachi worked at Ciitizen as the Head of Quality and Support from December 2019 to June 2020.

Prachi also held significant positions at Imorgon, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer (June 2018 - December 2019) and the Director of Quality Engineering and Operations (February 2014 - December 2019). As the COO, they were responsible for managing all functions at Imorgon, including research and development, customer support, and sales. Prachi worked closely with the CEO to define the product roadmap and development strategy and worked with investors and partners. As the Director of Quality Engineering and Operations, they focused on managing engineering projects and ensuring high-quality deliveries with shorter release cycles.

Prachi's early career was with Philips, where they held the role of Sr. Manager, R&D System and Performance Testing from January 2013 to February 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Manager, Product Test - System Integration and Performance from February 2008 to January 2013. At Philips, their responsibilities included end-to-end V&V system testing, performance and reliability evaluation, and maintaining compatibility of products with third parties.

Prachi Kothavade's education history includes a range of qualifications in the field of Computer Science. Prachi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.E.) from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. Prachi then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science (MS) at Lamar University, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, Prachi Kothavade completed a specific course, "Mastering Growth," from Harvard Business School Online in 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired industry-specific certifications, one of which includes being a Women in Leadership Advisory Council Member at Women In Leadership at California State University, Chico.
