Geetanjali Gaikwad's work experience includes VP Operations at iQuest Consultants from 2005 onwards, where they were responsible for recruitment and delivery at offshore offices. Geetanjali managed daily staffing needs for clients and oversaw two offshore offices with more than 50 recruiters. Geetanjali maintained communication with recruitment and sales teams in the US and India and maintained reports for delivery against sales needs. Geetanjali also worked as a Technical Consultant and Jr. Technical Consultant at iQuest Consultants for short periods. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Pathfinder Management Consulting India Ltd from 2003 to 2005, where they supervised a team of 6 recruiters, prepared reports on recruitment, and interacted with clients to resolve any issues.
