Tricia Kopka

Tricia Kopka is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Head of Operations and Process Improvement at IQumulate Premium Funding since August 2013, having previously held the position of Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to IQumulate, Tricia worked at Macquarie Group from December 2003 to August 2013 as Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing critical operational areas and managing a team responsible for delivering on time service level agreements. Tricia's earlier experience includes a role as Pricing Team Leader at Shell Australia from April 2000 to November 2003, where leadership and process development were key responsibilities. Tricia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of South Australia and completed high school at Kidman Park High School.
