Björn Olson

Björn Olson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT architecture and application development. Currently serving as Director of IT Architecture at IQVIA since April 2018, Björn leads a team of 18 IT professionals and has overseen critical platform architecture initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Application Architect and Application Architect at IMS Health, where Björn played a central role in digital transformation projects and managed the integration of internal resources. Earlier experience includes managing a team at IMS Medical Radar and serving as IT Project Manager at AB Thoreb, where Björn completed an important prototype installation in Dubai. Björn holds a Master of Science in Informatics from Gothenburg University and a Master of Science in Systems Science and Theory from University West.
