Claire Brandwood has over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources across various sectors, with a current role as VP HRBP for Global Corporate Support Functions at IQVIA since October 2001. Claire's expertise includes providing strategic HR partnership support to global leadership in IT, Finance, Legal, and HR, overseeing HR operations for over 11,000 employees in the EMEA region, and enhancing employee experience for 27,000 employees worldwide. Previous positions include leading HR functions in both startup and large corporate environments, managing transformational change, talent acquisition, and organizational design. Claire holds an MCIPD and a BTEC in Business Studies and Finance.
