Colleen Goggins has served as a director of IQVIA since July 2017. Ms. Goggins spent three decades with Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare company, in a variety of executive and operational roles of increasing responsibility. From 2001 until her retirement in 2011, she served on Johnson & Johnson's Executive Committee and as Worldwide Chairman of the Consumer Group, providing strategic leadership for a fully-integrated personal and healthcare portfolio which included many leading brands. Ms. Goggins serves as a member of the supervisory board for Bayer AG and a member of the board of directors for TD Bank Group. She was formerly a director of Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. and served on the Supervisory Board for Krauss-Maffei Corporation. Ms. Goggins is also a member of the University of Wisconsin Foundation and is a member of the board of directors of the University of Wisconsin Center for Brand and Product Management, the Child Health Institute of New Jersey, the Institute of International Education, and New York City Meals-on-Wheels. Ms. Goggins has a master’s degree in Management, with a concentration in Marketing and Finance, from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a bachelor’s of science degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin. Ms. Goggins serves as a member of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
