Elina Winblad

Elina Winblad is an experienced professional in project management and clinical operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management for Global Database Studies at IQVIA since January 2021. Elina leads a virtual international team, focusing on staff coaching and development, as well as project management for retrospective Real World Evidence studies. Previous roles include managerial positions at Novo Nordisk, where Elina was responsible for clinical trial team management and clinical operations strategy across multiple European countries. Elina holds an MBA in International Healthcare Management from the University of Cumbria and has a Master of Social Sciences in International Relations from the University of Tampere. Additionally, studies in Health Quality Improvement and Leadership Development were undertaken at the University of Helsinki.
