Intikhab A Wani

Intikhab A Wani is an experienced HR leader with a demonstrated history in various senior roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at the American Red Cross in the Greater Triangle Area of North Carolina since July 2020, Intikhab has also held the position of Vice President at IQVIA since July 2014, overseeing Human Resources for key business units with significant global reach. Prior to IQVIA, Intikhab spent a decade at IBM in multiple HR leadership roles, supporting a diverse workforce across the Asia Pacific region. Early career positions include managerial roles in companies such as Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance and GE Capital International Services. Intikhab holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
