Melanie Blackwood

Melanie Blackwood is a seasoned professional in the field of Real World Evidence and Project Management, currently serving as Vice President of RWE Global Data Generation at IQVIA since January 2010. In this role, Melanie leads global teams focused on Real World Evidence start-up and site management. Previous roles at IQVIA include Vice President of Real World Evidence Project Management and Global Vice President of Real World Late Phase Research Project Management, where oversight of late-phase project management and delivery was key. Prior to IQVIA, Melanie worked at Covance from January 2006 to January 2010, holding the position of Senior Director of Project Management Late Phase and subsequently Executive Director of Alliance Management.
