Richard Staub

Richard Staub has an extensive background in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors, currently serving as President of R&D Solutions and Senior Advisor to the CEO at IQVIA since November 2016. Additionally, Richard has been a Venture Partner at Pappas Capital since October 2022. Previously, Richard held significant leadership roles, including President & CEO of Novella Clinical, Inc. from August 2004 to November 2016, and Senior Vice President of Global Business Development at PPD from 1997 to 2004. Richard began the career in sales and marketing at Zeneca from 1989 to 1997. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1980 and 1984.
