Sumit Grover, CFA, is the Director of Corporate Development at IQVIA, bringing over twelve years of experience in M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, corporate credit analysis, and financial modeling. Sumit previously worked as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at MetLife, and held roles at American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, Nomura Securities, Westpac Institutional Bank, and Commonwealth Bank. They earned a degree in Economics, Finance, and Accounting from Macquarie University and completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program, becoming a member of the CFA Institute.
