Veselina Kracheva

Veselina Kracheva is an experienced consultant and leader in strategy and management with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently, Veselina serves as the Founder and Lead Consultant at Vantage Impact Consulting and as a Senior Strategy & Management Consultant at Lotus Consulting Limited. Veselina also holds the position of Vice Chair of the Digital Skills & Values committee at the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA). Previously, Veselina was the Chief Innovation and Research Officer at Xetova, where responsibilities included building a data-driven research function and promoting innovation. A former Country Director for the Oxford Business Group, Veselina managed research teams and established partnerships across Kenya, showcasing expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Educational achievements include an MBA from EDHEC Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Reutlingen University.
