Yoven Roux

Yoven Roux serves as the Sr. Director and Head of Lead-to-Order at IQVIA since November 2011, leading IT Solutions and Delivery for Enterprise Systems within the Lead-to-Order functional area. With a strong background in project and program management, Yoven Roux previously held leadership roles such as Director of Project & Program Management for IQVIA's Salesforce practice and Director of Service Management, overseeing teams of approximately 40 project managers and 30 engagement managers, respectively. Yoven Roux has also been responsible for launching and managing large-scale programs globally and has extensive experience in client implementations. Prior to IQVIA, Yoven Roux worked as a CRM Consultant for Bouygues Telecom and served as a CRM Consultant/Project Manager at EDF via Capgemini. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in MIAGE from Université René Descartes.
