Jagjit Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Jagjit started their career in 2005 as an Executive - Business Development at iBilt Technologies Ltd., where they played a crucial role in spearheading the company into new revenue streams and addressing IT projects from concept to completion. In 2007, they joined AGC Networks Limited as an Asst. Manager - Business Development. After that, they worked at Avaya as a Senior Associate - Sales from 2010 to 2017, followed by being the Channels & Alliances Lead - India & SAARC from 2017 to 2023. Currently, they are working as the Country Sales Director at IR, responsible for driving India's GTM sales growth through effective execution in key markets.

Jagjit Singh completed their education in a chronological order. Jagjit attained a PGDBA degree in Marketing & Finance from Maharishi Institute of Management from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication from BPUT, Rourkela, from 1999 to 2003. Jagjit also completed their I.C.S.E. Board for Class 10th from St. Vincent Convent School from 1986 to 1996. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Avaya Subscription Sales Proficient and Avaya OneCloud Sales Proficient. Furthermore, Jagjit Singh completed various LinkedIn certifications such as Be the Manager People Won't Leave and Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making. Jagjit also obtained Google Cloud Digital Leader Cert Prep 1, 2, 3, and 4, along with the certification for preparing for the Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification.
