Jonathan Kaufman

Jonathan Kaufman, CFA, currently serves as Vice President of Investments at IRA Capital since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kaufman was a Senior Associate in Acquisitions at Lionstone Investments from August 2022 to August 2024. Kaufman has extensive experience in real estate, having held the position of Vice President at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors from April 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included underwriting real estate transactions for institutional clients and conducting annual asset performance reviews. Earlier in their career, Kaufman worked at RCLCO in various roles, including Senior Associate and Associate, and at TrimTabs Investment Research as an Associate and Intern. Kaufman earned a degree from UCLA in 2017.
