Robert Cristiano

Robert Cristiano is a Vice President of Acquisitions for IRA Capital, responsible for net lease acquisitions and operations. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Cristiano was Managing Director at STORE Capital, a $10 bn public REIT, where he sourced and managed a portfolio of high yield single tenant retail, medical, and industrial properties. Mr. Cristiano previously held acquisition & underwriting roles across product types and industries, and has been personally responsible for underwriting or acquiring over $4 bn in assets.

Mr. Cristiano earned a Bachelors in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and is an active member of various real estate & commercial finance organizations.
