Connie Stewart has been a human resource professional for over 25 years in multiple industries and has been with Clark Security since 2014. As Director of Human Resources, Connie oversees all employment processing and relations, recruiting and talent acquisition efforts, and any disciplinary concerns. She is responsible for employee benefits, personnel records management, and ensures the Agency complies with all federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and reporting, including ADA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, OSHA, Title VII, and workers’ compensation.
