Phillip McDonald

Phillip McDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical services and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the Vice President of Technical Services and HSE at Iracore International LLC since March 2010, Phillip leads product quality and development while specializing in elastomer formulations and material selection. Previously, Phillip was the Environmental Health & Safety Director, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior roles include a Scientist at Medtronic, where research focused on polymer-based drug delivery technologies, and a Technical Aide at 3M Company, assisting in analytical experiments. Phillip began their career as a Summer Intern at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, working on water quality analysis. Phillip holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Chemistry from The College of St. Scholastica.
