Gaëtan BIVAUD has held a variety of roles in the Quality and Risk Management fields since 2007. Gaëtan began their career as an Assistant Quality - R&D for Unilever in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Gaëtan then moved to The Bagatelle Concept Ltd in London, UK as an Assistant Quality. In 2010, they joined Kerry Ravifruit as an Assistant Quality and then Groupe Marais as a Coordinator Quality in 2011. In 2014, they began working at MAG'M as an Assistant Quality. Gaëtan also founded the QHSEM Network in 2008, which had over 3000 members. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Officer at iRaiser.eu and in 2023, they started working as an Associate at Alegria.group and Climb.

Gaëtan BIVAUD completed their Master 2 in Management of the Quality from Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires between 2007 and 2008.
